I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary service. We had a vet emergency, unfortunately it was late at night on a Saturday. We texted the emergency number for our local vet as instructed to do via their answering service, but they did not return our text. I was desperate and getting nowhere. I called Dr. Ward and left a voicemail, she called me back within minutes. She gave advice over the phone for the situation and said she would have a vet tech at the clinic the next morning by 8:30 AM. Dr. Ward was very knowledgeable, friendly, and told us to call her if anything changed in then night. I think it speaks of someone’s character, commitment to their career, and above all their love of animals when they return your call and your animal is not even their patient.
