2. Veterinary Services & Appointments

Appointments are required for most services. Walk-ins are accepted for emergencies but are subject to availability.Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

3. Payment & Billing

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods.Any outstanding balances must be paid before additional services can be scheduled.

4. Pet Health & Safety Policies

Pets must be up to date on required vaccinations before receiving certain services (boarding, grooming, etc.).Aggressive animals must be disclosed in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons.

5. Boarding & Grooming Policies

Pets boarding with us must have proof of vaccinations.If a pet falls ill during their stay, we will administer necessary medical treatment at the owner’s expense.
